SAME DAY VOTER REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN.
ONLINE VOTER REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.
REGISTER & VOTE:
You can register to vote and cast your ballot at the same time by going in person to:
- Any Early Voting Center in your county
- Your polling place on Election Day
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring two forms of ID, including one that shows your current home address.
Accepted forms may include:
- Driver’s license
- Bank statement
- Lease or residence contract
- Utility bill
- State ID card number
WHO CAN REGISTER
To register to vote in Illinois, you must be:
- A U.S. citizen
- 18 years old by the next general election
- A resident of your precinct for at least 30 days before Election Day
